Welcome to Deep South Title, LLC! We are a full-service Title/Loan Closing Office with branches in Hattiesburg and Collins, Mississippi. We work with clients across the Pine Belt as well as realtors and bank loan officers to facilitate all manner of land transactions including deed preparations and conveyances, title searches/abstracting, closing document preparation and conducting loan closings in our two offices.
